To ensure a pleasant experience and timely treatment appointments for our patients, our office services are scheduled by appointment, including emergencies.
Our schedule does change to accommodate patients' requests, and the office personnel is available each day of the week, at very convenient hours to accommodate school and families busy schedules.
We offer extended evening hours several times a month.

Our caring staff is available 7 days a week to take care of serious emergencies. We check the messages regularly for emergency calls.

Practice History
Dr. Jack Flanagan, founder of the practice, established his trusted presence in the community in the early 70's. Dr. Alan Berko followed in Dr. Flanagan's footsteps providing excellent orthodontic treatment to children and adults of Acton for more than 20 years. With Dr. Margherita Santoro at the helm, the practice is now entering a new state-of-the-art phase, integrating tradition, continuity and scientific evidence.
